Lemon Juice

The other day Jodi came to help out with Kylie and Jackson for a couple of hours while I was finishing up with some students. When I got home she told me this story...When Kylie got up from her nap she started asking "What can I have?" which basically means "I'm hungry." So Jodi opened up the fridge and started making suggestions, every one of which Kylie turned down. Then she eyed the bottle of lemon juice and insisted that was the only thing she wanted. So, doing exactly what I would have done, Jodi said "okay, how about you taste it and see if you like it." Jodi put a little in the cap and Kylie dipped her finger in and tasted. "Mmm, I like it!" So she did this a couple more times until she decided she wanted more. Jodi put some in a spoon and when Kylie put this in her mouth her whole body went into a giant shiver...like it made the hair on her legs stand up. "Whooo!" she said, "what was that?" (referring to the major shiver) "I think there is a fly in the house!"
