Rayann

Well, the first full school year is drawing to a close. The Waterford School has been such a blessing to our family...giving us an income when we really needed one and then offering us new opportunities for the future. I will miss tutoring and the special relationships I have with my students and their parents, but I am excited to experience it in a whole new light as a fourth grade teacher next year. What I am even more excited about is that Kylie and Jackson will be on campus with me and I can be close to them now. I miss many aspects of being a stay-at-home mom, but we really feel that at this time, this is what we are supposed to be doing. I appreciate and do not take lightly, the stewardship I am given over others' children when they are in my classroom and away from their parents and hope I can be a good influence in their lives. This is all possible thanks to the tremendous understanding and generosity of our family, especially my mom, who watches our kids while we are working.

I am still enjoying some crafting and decorating and hope that I will be able to continue this to some degree despite the ever-increasing demand on our schedule as our family grows and our life evolves. I want to get a link going with some of the inexpensive craft ideas I have done...in case anyone wants ideas.
